{"id":10858,"date":"2021-10-12T10:56:33","date_gmt":"2021-10-12T10:56:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brasmar.com\/brasmar-group-chega-a-tuttofood-2021"},"modified":"2022-02-03T12:15:11","modified_gmt":"2022-02-03T12:15:11","slug":"brasmar-group-arrives-at-tuttofood-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brasmar.com\/en\/brasmar-group-arrives-at-tuttofood-2021","title":{"rendered":"Brasmar Group arrives at Tuttofood 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1643886874626{padding-bottom: 13px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h1>Brasmar Group arrives at Tuttofood 2021<\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1643886907545{padding-bottom: 13px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>Brasmar takes to the event Brasmar and Nuchar products recognized internationally for their quality and food safety certifications.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1643886920479{padding-bottom: 13px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Brasmar at Tuttofood 2021<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1643886953081{padding-bottom: 13px !important;}&#8221;]After attending its first international trade fair after a long break from events,\u00a0<strong>Brasmar<\/strong>\u00a0is now heading to Italy to participate in TuttoFood, which takes place between\u00a0<strong>22 and 26 October.\u00a0<\/strong>This country, which represents one of its main export markets, is the next destination for the national leader in the seafood sector.\u00a0<strong>Brasmar<\/strong>\u00a0Group will present itself with the\u00a0<strong>Brasmar<\/strong>\u00a0and Nuchar brands at one of the sector\u2019s largest events in Milan, dedicated to food sector professionals.<\/p>\n<p>In this edition,\u00a0<strong>Brasmar<\/strong>\u00a0brand will exhibit its range of frozen products and for the first year it will also highlight dried salted cod \u2013 a market segment in which it clearly bets, having three industrial units dedicated exclusively to the processing of this product: Gafanha da Nazar\u00e9, Famalic\u00e3o and Alesund (Norway).<\/p>\n<p>Nuchar, a brand of chilled products, specialised in cephalopods, seafood and other ready-to-eat cooked products, is now entering this market. With its presence in this fair, Nuchar intends to give great visibility to its portfolio of products with extraordinary taste, recognised for their quality and safety and produced in units with IFS Higher Level certification.<\/p>\n<p>The Portuguese company will thus present its proposals to thousands of visitors from all over the world, through product tasting sessions led by a chef.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe prospect of deepening the relationship with regular customers and seeking new ones has, once again, led Brasmar to TuttoFood. We were the first Portuguese company to integrate this biannual fair, in 2015.
