Baked shrimp

  • Brasmar Whole Wild Shrimp
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Hot Sauce q.s.
  • Olive oil q.s.
  • Pepper to taste

  • Brasmar Whole Wild Shrimp
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Hot Sauce q.s.
  • Olive oil q.s.
  • Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Bring a pan of water to the boil, seasoned with a little salt, bay leaves, two cloves of garlic and a little hot sauce. Bring to the boil.

To keep it straight, stick a toothpick into the shrimp, from the head to the tail.

Place the shrimp in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove the toothpick, cut the shrimp lengthwise and bake at 220º with a drizzle of olive oil, a little salt and pepper. Let it brown.
