PREPARATION

Defrost the tiger prawns.

Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

When the shrimp is defrosted, cut it in half and remove the intestines.

Place parchment paper on a tray and arrange the shrimp.

Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake in the oven until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with oregano and lemon zest.
