The Portuguese Group returns to the Milan food fair. In the last edition of this event, the company presented the NUCHAR brand to the Italian market.

From May 8 to 11, Brasmar Group will be present at TuttoFood in Milan, Italy. The company will showcase its extensive range of frozen and refrigerated products, representative of the Brasmar and Nuchar brands, in one of its main export markets.

The largest commercial event dedicated to food products in Italy offers the perfect conditions for the Brasmar Group to make its premium products known and create unique business opportunities in Fiera Milano.

At this year’s event, the Brasmar brand will be highlighted with its wide range of frozen seafood products, with special relevance to its core products: octopus and cod. It is recalled that the company has recently developed a line of frozen cod products, including light salted cod, to respond to the increased demand for this type of product in the Italian market as well as in the French, Spanish, and American markets.

NUCHAR, which specializes in refrigerated products, will display its portfolio of cooked products, with an emphasis on cooked octopus tentacles, cuttlefish, and other cooked cephalopods, as well as its range of high-quality smoked salmon and cod. The brand has been well received in the Italian market, revealing continuous growth since its presentation at TuttoFood 2021.
