Cold seafood salad with wholemeal pasta

INGREDIENTS
- Brasmar seafood preparation
- Wholemeal penne pasta
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 lemon
- Half a red pepper
- Half a green pepper
- Half an onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Pepper

- Brasmar seafood preparation
- Wholemeal penne pasta
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 lemon
- Half a red pepper
- Half a green pepper
- Half an onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION

Cook the wholemeal pasta for 8 minutes.

Cut the peppers, onion and garlic into small cubes.

Sauté the Brasmar Seafood Preparation together with the pepper, onion, garlic and olive oil for 5 minutes.

Season with basil, mint, coriander and lemon juice.

Add the seafood to the pasta and season with coarse salt and pepper.

Allow to cool before serving.
