PREPARATION

Season the squid with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Place a saucepan over the heat and let it heat up.

Add a dash of olive oil and arrange the slices of octopus. Let them brown on both sides.

Arrange on a plate and serve sprinkled with fresh thyme and paprika.
