
Squid with parsley and mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

- 40 g butter or margarine
- 1 clove of sliced garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 30 g mayonnaise
- 10 g mustard
- Ground pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chopped fresh herbs to taste

PREPARATION

Cut the squid into thin slices.

Sauté the squid in butter or margarine and crushed garlic in a frying pan.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the lemon juice.

Add the mustard to the mayonnaise and mix well.

Serve the moons accompanied by the seasoning and sprinkle with parsley and fine herbs to taste.
