Sardines in Wrapper

- Brasmar sardines
- Onions cut into half-moons
- Peppers cut into julienne strips (red, yellow, orange)
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Thyme
- Tray paper

- Brasmar sardines
- Onions cut into half-moons
- Peppers cut into julienne strips (red, yellow, orange)

PREPARATION

Boil the potatoes.

When they are cooked, cut them into finger-thick slices and set aside.

Cut the onions into half-moons and the peppers into julienne strips.

Lay out a sheet of parchment paper. Place a layer of onion, potato, and pepper on top and repeat this process one more time.

Finally, place the sardines on top.

Season with salt, pepper, a sprig of thyme and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.

Close the ends of the parchment paper so that everything is closed.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180Âș for about 30 minutes.
