Dye with Onion
Tintureira com Cebolada
INGREDIENTS
- Brasmar Dyer Steaks
- 2 White onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 tablespoon of peeled tomatoes
- 1 large cooking potato
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Olive oil for sautéing
Tintureira com Cebolada

INGREDIENTS

- 1 tablespoon of peeled tomatoes
- 1 large cooking potato

PREPARATION

Cut two onions into julienne strips.

Crush 3 garlic cloves.

Seal the dye in a frying pan with olive oil for 2 minutes on each side and set aside.

In the same frying pan, sauté the onions. Add a little more olive oil.

When the onions are golden, add salt, pepper, paprika and white wine, letting it reduce.

Add a spoonful of tomato pulp or peeled tomatoes.

Adjust the seasoning and cook until the onion is very soft.

Separately, cook the potato for 5 minutes. Then add it to the onions and tomatoes.

Add the dye and cook for another 4/5 minutes with the pan covered. Finish with parsley.
