Tuna Salad with Sesame Seeds

INGREDIENTS
- 100g Tuna loin
- 20g Spinach
- 10g Baby red bell pepper
- 10g Baby yellow bell pepper
- Lime
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- White and black sesame seeds
- 20g Red onion
- 20g Cherry tomatoes

PREPARATION

Sauté the peppers lightly. Cut the peppers into thin strips and the onion into thin half-moons.

Wash the spinach beforehand and place in a bowl, add the peppers and onion and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice.

Cut the tuna loin into tacos, season with salt and pepper, cover with seeds and brown in olive oil on all sides, being careful not to overcook.

Remove the tuna from the sauté pan and place on paper to drain excess fat. Laminate and tie evenly.
