
Codfish and Chickpea Pasta

INGREDIENTS
- 300 g of Brasmar Codfish Salt Point
- 200 g of pasta
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 100 g of chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil to taste
- 1 glass of white wine
- Parsley to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper

PREPARATION

In a pan, add the onion, garlic, peppers and chopped tomato and let it sauté.

Add a bay leaf and a glass of white wine to refresh.

Add any cod trimmings you may have reserved.

Cut the cod into large cubes and place to cook.

Add water and let it boil well.

Add the pasta and the previously soaked chickpeas and cook for 11 minutes.

Decorate with chopped parsley.
