- Brasmar Octopus
- Mayonnaise
- Smoked Paprika
- Pickles
- White Onion
- Garlic
- 2 Hot Dog Buns
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Heart Cabbage
- Coriander
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt

- Brasmar Octopus
- Mayonnaise
- Smoked Paprika
- Pickles
- White Onion
- Garlic
- 2 Hot Dog Buns
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Heart Cabbage
- Coriander
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt
PREPARATION

Octopus:
– Cook the octopus over low heat, covered, for 45 minutes, with water, onion and garlic.
– Once cooked, grill the tentacles in a non-stick pan.

For the Mayonnaise:
– Add mayonnaise, paprika, chopped pickles and mix well.

For the coleslaw:
– Cut the carrot or cabbage and red onion into very fine julienne strips. Chop the coriander and add.
– Season everything with salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.

Plating:
– Open the bread, spread the mayonnaise, add the octopus and coleslaw.
