  • 2 Brasmar sardines
  • 1 wrap
  • 50 ml yogurt sauce
  • 1/2 bunch of tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste
  • 20 g mixed lettuce

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 Brasmar sardines
  • 1 wrap
  • 50 ml yogurt sauce
  • 1/2 bunch of tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste
  • 20 g mixed lettuce

 

PREPARATION

Defrost the sardines in a refrigerated environment, preferably on a slanted surface so that they do not come into direct contact with the defrosting liquid.

Cut the fins off the sardines, scale them, wash them with water, remove the viscera and wash them again in running water.

Fillet the sardines and place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.

Place a frying pan on the heat and lightly heat the wrap dough on both sides. Remove from the frying pan and spread the dough with yogurt sauce.

Arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes, the half-moon onion, the lettuce mix and the sardine fillets. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and wrap.

Cut in half and plate harmoniously.
