Seafood Rice
Arroz de Marisco
INGREDIENTS
- 800 gr Brasmar Seleção seafood rice preparation
- 250 g rice
- 100 g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 g green pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 dl white wine
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 2 peppers
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 liters fish stock
- 1 bunch coriander

INGREDIENTS

- 250 g rice
- 100 g onion

- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 dl white wine
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 2 peppers
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 liters fish stock
- 1 bunch coriander
PREPARATION

Place a pan on the heat with olive oil, finely chopped garlic and onion cloves. Let it brown.

Add the brunoised green peppers and a bay leaf. Cool with the white wine and reduce.

Add the diced tomato and sauté.

Add the seafood stock and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper and add the seedless chillies.

Add the rice. Let it cook, stirring occasionally.

Add the Brasmar Seafood Preparation.

Adjust the seasoning and serve with a sprig of coriander.
