Squid Hot Dog with garlic and herb mayonnaise

- Panko
- Pickles
- Tabasco
- 1 Lemon
- Sweet Paprika
- Salt

- Coriander
- Butter
- Mayonnaise
- Cournicons
- Hot Dog Bun
- Egg

PREPARATION

Mix flour, paprika and salt. Coat the squid in the mixture and egg. Coat with panko.

Fry the squid in hot oil. Season with salt.

Chop 1 clove of garlic and add to mayonnaise. Chop pickles and add to the mixture. Chop cournichons and add.

Add some chopped mint and coriander.

Season with lemon juice and mix everything.

Cut the hot dog bun at both ends and make a cut in the middle. Toast both ends with a little butter until golden brown.

Add the garlic mayonnaise to the bread and place the breaded squid on top.

Add lemon juice, salt, tabasco sauce and mint.
