  • Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Glass of Red Wine
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 Red Chili Pepper
  • Salt

  • Instant Polenta
  • Butter
  • 1 Bunch of Coriander
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Carrot
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Glass of Red Wine
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 Red Chili Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

 

PREPARATION

Seafood Preparation
– Dice the onion and carrot and cook with olive oil and a clove of garlic until they start to brown.
– Add the seafood preparation, a little salt and chopped chili pepper. Stir well over medium-high heat, add a glass of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
– When the alcohol has evaporated, add the tomato sauce and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
– Adjust the seasoning, add a spoonful of butter and chopped coriander.

For Polenta:
– Heat a pan with water and salt, add the polenta slowly, stirring constantly until it reaches the consistency of a creamy purée.
– Adjust the seasoning and add a good spoonful of butter.
– When serving, add chopped coriander and some chili peppers.
