Tacos de Corvina

- 6 Limes
- 2 Avocados

PREPARATION

For the taco base, mash avocado with chopped cilantro, juice of 2 limes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt to taste. Set aside.

Cut the fish into cubes.

In a bowl, mix the salt, sugar, lime and olive oil well, and let the fish marinate for 10 minutes or until it starts to turn opaque. Store in the refrigerator.

Cut half an onion into julienne strips and cut orange segments. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop.

Mix all the salad ingredients, add chopped coriander and season with olive oil, lime and salt to taste.

Pass through the frying pan dry. Remove as soon as they start to become soft and have some bubbles.

Wrap in a cloth to maintain steam and temperature.

Add the salad to the marinated fish. And wrap it well.

Place the avocado base on the taco and finish with the marinated fish.
