  • 320 g tomato-flavoured linguine
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 ml pesto sauce
  • Olive oil to taste

  • 30 g pine nuts
  • Sweet basil to taste
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • Chive to taste
  • Fresh mushrooms to taste

INGREDIENTS

  • 900 g Brasmar Seleção mussel meat
  • 320 g tomato-flavoured linguine
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 ml pesto sauce
  • Olive oil to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • Sweet basil to taste
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • Chive to taste
  • Fresh mushrooms to taste

PREPARATION

Place the olive oil, 1 garlic clove, salt, the pine nuts, the sweet basil leaves and the cheese into a blender. Blend all the ingredients until you get the desired consistency.

In a pan with boiling water, olive oil and a pinch of salt, boil the tomato-flavoured linguine.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and 1 garlic clove and let it fry. Add the defrosted mussels and the sliced fresh mushrooms and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes, the cooked linguine and the pesto sauce and mix well.

Dish up with parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, minced chive and sweet basil leaves.
