
Sardine fillet with Avintes cornbread
Filete de sardinha com broa de Avintes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Brasmar sardine
- 2 slices of Avintes cornbread
- 2 red onions
- 1 orange baby pepper
- 1 yellow baby pepper
- Olive oil to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vinegar
- White wine to taste

- 2 slices of Avintes cornbread
- 2 red onions

PREPARATION

Cut the red onion into half moons, the peppers into strips and chop the garlic cloves.

Place a pan on the heat with the olive oil and chopped garlic and sauté. Add the onion and peppers and let cook slowly.

Season with salt and pepper, add the vinegar and set aside.

Fillet the sardines, season with salt and pepper and grill.

Brown the cornbread slices in olive oil and garlic and set aside.

Arrange the sardine fillets on the cornbread slices and serve hot.
