
Seafood açorda with oats

- 1 package Brasmar Seleção Seafood Mix
- Olive oil to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Coriander to taste
- 2 cups of oats
- 3 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Place a pan of salted water on the stove to boil and cook the seafood preparation.

Set aside the cooked seafood and soak the oats in the cooking water.

In a pan, add the olive oil and sauté the garlic cloves and chopped coriander stalks.

Add the soaked oats and cook until you get the desired consistency. Add the seafood and mix well.

Finally, add the egg yolks and mix again.

Adjust the seasoning and serve.
