  • 400 g half shell mussels
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 ripe tomato, but firm
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of minced chive
  • 1 bunch of minced parsley
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and ground pepper

  • 400 g half shell mussels
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 ripe tomato, but firm
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of minced chive
  • 1 bunch of minced parsley
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and ground pepper

PREPARATION

Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.

Wash the tomato, cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes.

Peel the cucumber, cut it in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut it into small cubes.

Add all the ingredients, along with vinegar, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Remove the mussels from the shells and add them to the mix. Cover and place the mix in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Serve the mussels inside the shells and decorate with lime segments.
