Prawn curry with basmati rice
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Brasmar cooked prawns
- 150 g basmati rice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 g curry mix
- 20 ml coconut milk
- 10 ml olive oil
- Minced coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chilli to taste
- 10 ml brandy or whisky
Prawn curry with basmati rice
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Brasmar cooked prawns
- 150 g basmati rice

- 10 g curry mix
- 20 ml coconut milk
- 10 ml olive oil
- Minced coriander to taste
- Salt to taste

PREPARATION
Place a minced garlic clove and olive oil in a frying pan and let it fry.
Add the prawns and season with salt and chilli.
Flambé with brandy or whisky until the alcohol evaporates.
Add the coconut milk and the curry mix.
Serve with cooked basmati rice and sprinkle the curry with minced coriander.
